YoruHime Studio Hub

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to YoruHime Studio Hub (the “Hub”), an adults-only catalog of fictional image and video sets operated by me as YoruHime Studio, from Mexico.

By entering or using the Hub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Hub.

1. Adults only

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority in your place of residence if that age is higher. By using the Hub you confirm that you meet this requirement. The Hub is not directed to minors. Age confirmation on the Hub is a self-attestation (an age cookie), not an identity or KYC check.

2. Nature of the content

The Hub is an adults-only catalog of fictional image and video sets. Content may be AI-generated or AI-assisted and is offered as adult entertainment only.

All characters depicted are adults 18+. I do not create, request, or host sexual content that involves, depicts, or is intended to depict anyone under 18, whether real, illustrated, animated, or generated.

I do not publish real-person sexual content or sexual deepfakes of real people. Sets may be inspired by existing fiction. Third-party names, characters, and trademarks belong to their owners. Access to a set is a license to use my files as allowed below, not a license to those underlying properties.

3. Access and billing

Access requires an active paid Patreon membership that unlocks the Hub. Billing, trials, renewals, taxes, refunds, and payment disputes are handled by Patreon, not by this site.

I may check membership status to grant, limit, or revoke access. I do not process card payments on the Hub.

If you cancel or lose that membership, Hub access ends. Copies already on your devices stay subject to these Terms and the EULA.

4. License (what you may do)

If your membership is valid, I grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream sets through the Hub for private, personal, non-commercial use only.

If the Hub shows a download control for your account, you may also download that set for the same private use. If download is not offered, this license is stream-only. A past version of the Hub having downloads does not keep a download right.

You do not own the files, the catalog, the characters, the YoruHime Studio name, or any related intellectual property.

5. What you may not do

You may not:

  • share, sell, gift, or otherwise transfer your login, session, cookies, or membership access;
  • scrape the catalog, harvest links, or use bots/scripts to collect sets outside the Hub’s normal playback or (if shown) download controls;
  • redistribute, reupload, resell, or publicly post Hub files, stills, or clips;
  • publish, embed, or share authenticated media URLs from the Hub;
  • remove credits, watermarks, or access controls;
  • bypass or probe membership checks, age gates, or other technical limits;
  • use Hub content for ads, paid posts, merch, or any commercial purpose without my prior written consent;
  • use Sets, frames, or derived files to train, fine-tune, or evaluate AI / machine-learning models, or to build competing datasets;
  • harass me or other users.

Public posts I share on X may be reposted with credit. Patreon/Hub sets stay exclusive.

6. Enforcement

Harassment, account sharing, scraping, redistribution, publishing authenticated media URLs, AI-training use, attempts to bypass membership or age checks, or chargebacks used in bad faith may result in immediate loss of Hub access and a ban. I may also report the conduct to Patreon.

A chargeback or refund processed by Patreon does not authorize you to keep circulating Hub files.

7. Availability

Sets, streaming, and any download links can change or go offline. I do not promise uninterrupted access, that a set will remain in the catalog, or that files will remain available after membership ends.

On-page marks and the away-from-tab notice are meant to discourage copying. They do not stop operating-system screenshots, screen recording, or a camera pointed at the display. Qualifying membership is what controls Hub access.

8. Disclaimer

The Hub is provided “as is.” Adult fictional content can be explicit. You choose to view it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or access arising from use of the Hub. Mandatory consumer rights in your country, if any, still apply.

9. Third-party services

Patreon, X, Cloudflare, and similar providers are independent. Their terms apply to those services. I am not responsible for their outages, bans, or policy changes.

10. Changes

I may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when I do. I will treat continued use of the Hub after an update as acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Hub.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or privacy rights that apply to you where you live.
