YoruHime Studio Hub

This notice explains how I treat personal data on YoruHime Studio Hub (the “Hub”). I operate the Hub as YoruHime Studio from Mexico and am the person who decides how Hub account data is used.

Privacy requests: https://x.com/YoruHimeStudio

(Include the Patreon user id or Hub display name. I may ask a follow-up only to confirm it is you. I aim to answer within 30 days.)

1. What I store

To run membership access and the catalog, I store:

  • Patreon user id
  • display name
  • membership / tier status
  • favorites
  • watch progress
  • Request Board posts
  • comments on sets (the text; your display name is stored so I can see it — other members do not see it)
  • issue / bug reports (type, page, note, and display name) — visible only to me

I do not collect or store card numbers. Payments are handled by Patreon under its own privacy policy.

I do not collect government ID, selfies, or other age documents. Age confirmation is an HttpOnly cookie (age_ok) set after you click that you are 18+. That is a self-attestation for access control, not an identity check or verification of your age.

Technical data. Cloudflare (Workers, object storage, image delivery, and the CDN) and the media proxy may process IP address, user-agent, timestamps, URL paths, and request logs as needed to deliver files, keep the Hub up, and stop abuse. I do not use that data to sell ads.

On member Hub pages I overlay a faint mark derived from your membership. It is not your Patreon user id in plain text. I can match a leaked screenshot to a membership using the id I already store. The mark is drawn when the page is shown; it is not a cookie and is not sent to advertising networks. If I change how the mark is generated, new pages use a new code and older screenshots may no longer match.

The Hub’s service worker may cache Hub pages and some signed-in catalog JSON on your device so the app can load offline. That cache is on your device, not an ad profile. Logging out tries to clear Hub caches; you can also unregister the site / clear site data in the browser.

Sensitive data. I do not ask you to declare health, religion, politics, or sexual orientation. Request Board text, comments, issue reports, and Hub use may still reveal adult-content interests. I treat that only to operate the Hub.

2. Why I use it

I use this data to operate the Hub (performance of the membership access I offer you), to secure it, and to handle abuse and legal claims (legitimate interests / equivalent bases under applicable law):

  • confirm that your membership unlocks access
  • show your name, favorites, and watch progress
  • run the Request Board, set comments, and issue reports
  • serve media through authenticated Hub routes
  • discourage redistribution (the on-page mark on member pages)
  • prevent sharing of logins, scraping, and other abuse
  • answer support and privacy requests
  • keep security logs for a limited time

I do not sell personal data. I do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those words are used in California consumer privacy law. I do not use Hub account data to train public AI models.

3. How media is delivered

Sets are delivered through authenticated routes under /api/media. Publishing or sharing those URLs is prohibited under the Terms and EULA.

4. Who else sees data

  • Patreon — billing and membership. Patreon is a separate organization. I receive membership status so I can open or close Hub access; I do not receive your card number.
  • Cloudflare — hosting, compute, storage, image delivery, CDN, and edge logs (IP, user-agent, timestamps, URL paths) to deliver the Hub and stop abuse. Cloudflare may process that data on servers outside Mexico, including the United States.
  • Authorities — only if a valid legal duty requires it.

5. How long I keep it

  • Account data (id, name, tier, favorites, progress, Request Board, comments, issue reports): while the account/membership relationship exists, and for a reasonable period after it ends if I still need it for security, abuse handling, or legal claims.
  • On-page mark: not stored as its own record. It is drawn on member pages from your membership. I can recompute it from a Patreon id. Changing how the mark is generated changes the code on new pages.
  • Cloudflare / server logs: only as long as needed for security and delivery, subject to Cloudflare’s retention.
  • Browser age cookie, session cookie, and device caches: until they expire, you log out, or you clear site data.

6. Your choices

You can:

  • clear Hub cookies and site data in your browser (this removes the age confirmation cookie and device caches)
  • remove favorites or Request Board posts from the Hub, if those controls exist
  • ask me to delete comments or issue reports I hold
  • cancel Patreon membership (billing is on Patreon)
  • ask me to access, correct, delete, or stop certain uses of the data I hold (including ARCO-style rights under Mexican law and rights you may have in the EEA/UK or California)

Send that request via https://x.com/YoruHimeStudio and include your name plus the Patreon user id or display name used on the Hub. I may ask for more information only to confirm that the request comes from you.

I cannot erase data that Patreon or Cloudflare hold in their own systems; you must use their tools for that.

7. Children

The Hub is for adults only. I do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If I learn that I have, I will delete the Hub account data I control.

8. Changes

I may update this notice. The “Last updated” date will change when I do.
