End User License Agreement (EULA)

YoruHime Studio Hub

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a license from me, operating as YoruHime Studio in Mexico, to you. It covers the Hub website, player, any download tools, and related software (the “Software”), and the member image and video sets made available through the Hub (the “Sets”).

This EULA works together with my Terms of Use. If they conflict on a licensing point, this EULA controls. By accessing the Hub, running the Software, or downloading a Set when that feature is offered, you accept this EULA.

1. License grant

Provided your qualifying Patreon membership is active and you comply with this EULA and the Terms of Use, I grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:

  • use the Software to access the Hub; and
  • stream Sets solely for your private, personal, non-commercial use.

If the Hub shows a download control for your account, that license also covers downloading the corresponding Set for the same private use. If no download control is shown, you have no license to download.

No other rights are granted. This is a license, not a sale. You do not own the Software, the Hub, the catalog, the Sets, or any copy you download.

2. What you may not do

You may not:

  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, algorithms, or hidden APIs from the Software, except where applicable law expressly allows it and only to that limited extent;
  • resell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise sell or broker Hub access;
  • share login credentials, sessions, or membership benefits;
  • scrape the catalog or automate collection of Sets outside the Hub’s normal playback or (if shown) download features;
  • publish, embed, or share authenticated media URLs from the Hub;
  • upload, rehost, redistribute, or post Sets (or substantial clips/stills from them) to other sites, apps, clouds, torrents, Discord servers, or file dumps;
  • use Sets, frames, or derived files to train, fine-tune, or evaluate AI / machine-learning models, or to build competing datasets;
  • remove credits, watermarks, or technical protections;
  • use the Software or Sets for advertising or any commercial purpose without my prior written consent.

3. Ownership

The Hub, Software, brand, catalog, Sets, and related intellectual property remain mine. Third-party character names and trademarks that appear in fan-inspired fiction belong to their owners.

4. When the license ends

The license ends automatically when:

  • your qualifying Patreon membership ends, lapses, or is refunded; or
  • I suspend or terminate access for breach of this EULA or the Terms of Use.

When the license ends you must stop using the Software and Hub. Restrictions on sharing, uploading, resale, and AI training survive and continue to apply to any copies already on your devices. Ending membership does not convert those copies into files you may redistribute.

5. As-is / no extra promises

The Software and Hub are provided “as is.” I do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free playback, or that a Set will remain available.

I am not liable for:

  • downtime or Hub maintenance;
  • files lost, corrupted, or deleted on your device;
  • broken or expired download links;
  • outages, bans, billing errors, or policy actions by Patreon, hosts, or other third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Software or Sets. Mandatory consumer rights in your country, if any, still apply.

6. Changes

I may update this EULA. The “Last updated” date will change when I do. I will treat continued use of the Hub after an update as acceptance of the revised EULA. If you do not agree, stop using the Hub.

7. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Mexico, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or privacy rights that apply to you where you live.
