Age policy

Every character depicted is a fictional adult 18 years of age or older. No real minor is portrayed. I do not create, request, or host sexual content that involves, depicts, or is intended to depict anyone under 18 — whether real, illustrated, animated, or generated.

Record-keeping

The record-keeping and labeling rules in 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 apply to visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct (including certain simulated conduct involving actual people).

Hub sets are fictional works. They are not recordings of real performers and are not offered as manipulations of identifiable actual human beings. On that basis I do not maintain performer identification files for the Hub catalog, and there is no Custodian of Records for such files, because the catalog is not a performer-based production.

This statement applies only while that remains true. I do not publish real-person sexual content or sexual deepfakes of real people. If I ever published sexually explicit visual material of an actual person, I would follow the record-keeping rules that apply to that material.

Fan-inspired fiction that uses third-party character names is still fiction. It is not a record of a real performer.
